A quick, creamy smoothie made with fresh or frozen peaches, banana, and Greek yogurt—perfectly sweet, refreshing, and summer-ready.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced (or 1½ cups frozen peach slices)
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A handful of ice cubes (especially if using fresh fruit)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon nut butter or splash of coconut milk
- Optional: 1 tablespoon flaxseed or chia for added nutrients
Instructions
- Add almond milk to a high-powered blender, followed by peaches, banana, yogurt, optional sweetener, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust thickness with extra milk or more frozen fruit as needed.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with a peach slice or mint, and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For prep, freeze ingredients in bags and blend with milk/yogurt. Smoothie can also be frozen in molds for popsicles.
