- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup raspberry puree (fresh or frozen raspberries blended)
- Whipped cream for topping
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
- Melted chocolate for drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a springform pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Soften vanilla ice cream for 10-15 minutes, then spread a layer over the crust.
- Drizzle raspberry puree over the ice cream and swirl using a knife.
- Add another layer of ice cream and repeat the swirling process.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and melted chocolate if desired.
- Slice with a warm knife and serve immediately.
Notes
For a smoother swirl, freeze each layer briefly before adding the next. Adjust raspberry puree sweetness if needed.
