Instructions
- Add pistachios to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend for 30–60 seconds until the nuts become crumbly.
- Continue blending, pausing to scrape down sides, until mixture turns into a paste, then smooth butter (about 4–6 minutes).
- Optional: Add salt, honey, or spices, and blend again for 30 seconds.
- If mixture is too thick, blend in a small amount of neutral oil.
- Transfer to a clean jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
