- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium, add remaining butter, and stir in minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice and parsley, stirring to combine.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring each piece is coated.
- Garnish with extra parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For added heat, sprinkle in red pepper flakes. Serve with rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
